Back pain and now bleeding

I'm only 4 weeks pregnant- found out Wednesday.
Yesterday I had lower back pain and then some pink tinged discharge last night when I wiped.
It's still there this morning and hasn't got any worse.
I took another pregnancy test this morning and it's still a strong line.
I'm terrified it's a chemical or I'm going to miscarry.
Has anyone else had experience in this please?

It could be a slight implantation bleed. Test again in 1-2 weeks. Good luck.

Unfortunately at 4 weeks it’s a long wait and see, I would wait a week and take another test, EPU would see you from around the 6 weeks. I hope its a sticky bean and all is well.
I had bleeding in my current pregnancy between 4-8 weeks and all is fine and am now 28 weeks.

I know the not knowing is horrible.... but at this stage it is very hard to know. I've had this twice. The first time I'm afraid it did progress to a loss at about 5.5 weeks. The spotting didn't go away and eventually it escalated and I miscarried.
But the second time it happened it was just implantation bleeding and the little baby in question turned one this week.
I'm afraid it's just a waiting game. Doesn't make it any easier, but know there's nothing you have done or can do to change it either way - some beans are sticky and some sadly not.
