Implantation bleeding or MC?

Hey everyone..
So a couple of months ago I was 3 weeks pregnant and I had a MC. Did tests after which were negative.

I haven't had a period since and last week I did a test and it was clearly positive. Clear blue says 1-2. Doctors are working it out from the MC instead of last period. Therefore I am approximately 6 weeks pregnant.

Last night when I used the toilet I wiped and there was a little bit of light pink watery blood.
It's got a tad worse today and when I wipe it's still coming out. It isn't bad enough for a pad or tampon but a little bit was in my underwear too.
I don't really have any cramping.
I'm so worried I'm having another MC. I'm going mad. There is no point in me having a scan as 6 weeks is too early.
Can anyone please offer reassurance or just honest words. I feel sick with worry. Is it implantation bleeding ?? Thankyou xx

I just thought I would add- I never had this with my son. And the last MC happened suddenly in the night and when I stood up clots came out etc. It did start off with blood when I wiped but this was only a few hours before. Please reply someone

I'm sorry for your loss. I know it's hard but try to remember every pregnancy is different.
I hope someone who has some experience with this comes along soon.

How awful Op, I’ve had 3 bleeds and in 8 weeks today. It starts bad and slows and stops after a few days. Makes my bloody nerves bad, I rang the dr this morning and they booked me for a scan Monday. I feel for you, it’s the not knowing!!

Go to hospital and see if you can get a scan. I had 3 MCs. Fell pregnant after my 3rd miscarriage and had bleeding similar to yours at 6 weeks. Feared it was another MC so got an early scan at hospital. Was very shocked to see a heartbeat. I'm 30 weeks now and have had two bright red bleeds during this pregnancy.
You won't know fully until you have a scan I'm afraid. With my bleeds I never had cramping (only had cramps when MC). Fingers crossed for a positive outcome but I would get a scan.

I don't know how I can get a scan. The early pregnancy unit won't do it I have asked already. I feel so sad.

Pay for a private scan.
I had a bleed early on and turned out fine.
You aren't filling a pad and no pain which is good.

@grace1991 My bleeding didn't fill a pad but was bright red and lasted a couple of days. Subsequently had a bleed at 6 weeks, 10 and 16. I went to A and E as I was advised to go by doctors if I fell pregnant and had bleeding (due to complications with my previous MC).

Pink watery then turned brown discharge

If you go to your gp they refer you to the early pregnancy unit where they will scan you. Hope it all turns out ok for you. I had really heavy bleeding in one of my pregnancy's at 14 weeks.
Baby was fine.

Thankyou. I've come to a and e as it's for heavier and the cramps have come on.

I’m 8 weeks pregnant with my second pregnancy. My first ended in MC.
I’ve been to the early pregnancy clinic and had a scan of baby due to having brown discharge and cramping. However, this has lasted 6 days now and I’m still a bit concerned, even after my scan there on Wednesday. Should I still be concerned as the discharge is still happening?

@AD2022 hey...... I've just found this thread as I'm experiencing the same symptoms you had. Just wondering how you got on?
