I really want to try and eat healthy for my baby but I really have to force myself! I am 9 weeks and the only things I really fancy is crap. Mainly crisps and chocolate and McDonald’s which isn’t normally like me!

Anyone else?

This was me during my first pregnancy. I usually love veg but really struggled with anything that wasn’t beige when pregnant. No solutions sadly but my little one arrived fine, you can only do your best!

Oh, I assumed you were a fly! Blush

Yup. 9+5 and I've been off of meat for about 5 weeks, if I eat anything proper I feel sick.
I can keep crisps and chocolate down, and that's all I really want, oh and ice lollies. I'll take as many of them as I can get

Absolutely normal...with both of my children I ate all sorts of rubbish for the first 2 months
Chips burgers crisps gravy

Not what I would normally eat at all!

Both very healthy huge boys now 😀

I could have written your post myself! I'm now 11 weeks and diet has massively improved! I think it's a combination of hormones and sickness. I wouldn't worry too much, women throughout time have been pregnant with poor diets and babies are fine. Eating something is better than nothing! Xx

I've been the opposite, I'm either eating potatoes or more salad and veg because if I eat too much I end up very bloated which makes me feel like it could all come back up.

I did fancy some mozzarella sticks from McDonalds last night but I can only manage small meals right now.

I don't think I ate more than five pieces of fruit my whole last pregnancy. Every time I tried I was sick. Not much veg either 🥺 luckily she seems ok despite me! 🙂

34 weeks here...I'm still only wanting to eat rubbish. Thankfully I'm a big fruit eater and summer had been good with all the summer fruits. But vegetables - churn my stomach. I've actually made homemade vegetable soup just to make me get some veggies as I always enjoy that. I figured if I had soup vegetables at least I wouldn't feel too guilty about all the rubbish. I'm looking forward to having my normal appetite back.
