Currently 9 weeks pregnant with baby number two (we have a 15-month old son). 12 week scan is the 5th of November and I am excited/nervous! Symptoms are mainly tiredness, sore boobs and a touch of nausea. When is yours and how do you feel?

Congratulations! I will be 12 weeks on the 9th December still waiting for a midwife to call! This will be my first and I’m so nervous the only symptoms I have is sore boobs and I’m extremely tired and either crying or shouting at my partner.
I have an early private scan booked for Sunday.

I’ll be 9 weeks tomorrow! Haven’t had a booking in appt yet, it’s on Tuesday. I’ve booked an early scan for Sunday though, feeling very nervous too.

I’ve had much milder symptoms than my first pregnancy, not much sickness at all. I’m very tired though and my boobs are so painful!

I’m 11+6 with my first pregnancy and have my 12 week scan the week after next when I’ll be 13+1. I had a private scan at 7+4 and everything was fine then, measuring bang on for dates and a good heartbeat.

I am so nervous and the scan can’t come soon enough. I’m worried about the baby just not being there (even though I’m still having symptoms and getting the beginnings of a bump I think) or having any kind of abnormality. I almost feel like my life is on hold until after the scan.

I'll be 9 weeks tomorrow. Haven't received midwife appointment or 12 week scan yet.
I had the sore boobs too which have eased slightly now but have terrible nausea and some sickness, I can see my stomachs changing already too and I'm looking pregnant.

I've had two scans already at the early pregnancy unit as suffered a miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy earlier this year (around 5/6 weeks and I had no pregnancy symptoms with those, just a late period).

Some days the sickness eases and then I worry that's a bad sign. I already have one DD3, and looking back I was blissfully ignorant during that pregnancy to any worries or concerns as everything went smoothly. Now I worry at any little feeling Sad

I'm currently 8 week today. Got a 2nd scan tomorrow due to some bleeding when I was 5 week.could only see a sac with not being far along so hopefully tomorrow I'll see a little heartbeat 🤞 at the moment I'm bloated, peeing abit more, boobs feel bigger and feeling tired around dinner time .which is not so good when I'm at work and all I want is to take a nap lol 😂

I'm 10 weeks today! Had my midwife app but just waiting for my date for the 12 week scan to come through, had a private scan at 8 weeks and seen the heartbeat but just dying to get to 12 week to see that everything is okay and finally getting excited! My belly has changed so much, it's gone hard and I am extremely bloated and it's look like the start of a bump! But it's probably not as I am only early and it's my first pregnancy so you don't usually show so early but it's getting harder to hide that's for sure 😂 first trimester is loooooong

I can totally relate to this. I have my 12 weeks scan on Thursday, where I'll be 12+4. I've had my midwife appointment which was over the phone. Also had 2 private scans at 7 weeks and 10 weeks and all was perfect and strong heartbeat. But the worry hasn't stopped. Again like you ladies my tummy is changing, very very bloated and rock solid. Still getting full really easily and still have my sickness, but not being sick. But the tiredness, oh my I am exhausted.

But I am honestly counting down to my 12 weeks scan. I just think private scans and hospital scans are so much different. Hospitals put the fear of life into me

SerendipitySunshine · 17/10/2021 10:58

I'm 11 weeks and feel the same. Almost two weeks until my scan and it feels like forever! I've had three scans already due to bleeding and then NIPT. Now waiting fit NIPT results and the scan feels like forever!

I'm 19 weeks with my second, my son is 16 months. I have my 20 week scan next Tuesday. I'm looking forward to seeing him (it's another boy) again and hoping everything is good. I had a scan to determine the sex at 16 weeks and all was well then. I have an anterior placenta this time so have only just started feeling little 'is it or isn't it?' type flutters x
