I'm only 5 weeks gone, which I know is early, but Ive had a miscarriage before in 2007 and can't relax.
I took a clear blue digital yesturday, and it said 1-2 weeks, which set me off, thinking my baby wasn't growing, today I took another test, not digital, and there was the faintest line, I had to look at it in the light to see that it wasn't negative, but I suppose my hcg may just be low still? I had spotting this morning but nothing concerning really. The thing that is really terrifying me is that I was having symptoms, nausea, tender breasts, bloating, and now I'm not! Only period like cramps are left, which was my first symptom. All this means the baby has died right?! If anyone can help me, please, my GP won't see me because of restrictions, the midwives department have said its too early for them to help me. I'm alone.

You need to relax (easier said than done, I know). Take each day as they come and focus on what makes you happy! Walking, fresh air, taking up a new sport, starting a new series, being with friends, family... whatever it is keep busy.

Symptoms will fluctuate constantly and it doesn't mean something is wrong. Keep an eye on any pain/bleeding and if you really need reassurance, book yourself an early scan. It does cost but it will give you that push you need.

If you do experience any cramping/bleeding ring your EPU and they should see you from 6 weeks. Nobody will really see you before then and it is tough but there is no choice.

Worrying and stressing isn't good for anyone, whether pregnant or not. Try and keep calm lovely. Have you told anyone close about your news? Speaking to a friend or family member always helps and you can get things off your chest Flowers

I know how hard a previous loss is and it constantly plays on your mind... you think something will go wrong again BUT try not think like that. Sending a big hug your way x
