Scheduled for a section, but feeling a bit off. When to get checked?

I'm 38 weeks and scheduled for a section at 39+3. Since yesterday I've been having alot of what I think are braxton hicks. I also had loose bowels x 2 last night (sorry TMI) and today I'm feeling nauseous, have some pressure in my bum, and I feel quite 'off' and hormonal.

No loss of plug or anything like that and i know these rhithings nfs can be just osrt of late #Pregnancy but given that I need a section I'm wondering whether I need to be checked out just to ensure this isn't the start of something.

Hospital is quite a way away and I don't drive so keen not to spend hours on busses unless nessecary.

WDYT?

No loss of plug or anything like that and i know these things can be just part of late pregnancy sorry excuse the typos.

To add, there is a closer hospital than the one I'm scheduled to give birth at (we chose the further one for this pregnancy due to trauma at the closer one last time) so could i perhaps go there for a check up even though I'm not giving birth there?

I’d give your midwife a call. It sounds like early labour to me.

Thanks Tyran I think I will do just that.

It's not my first baby (just first c section) but I remember things like this starting and stopping alot in the final weeks with DS so it's best to err on the side of caution.
