Baby has moved- pain down left side

I'm 31+4 and this is my first pregnancy so I have no clue what's normal so may be worrying over nothing.

I had a growth scan a few weeks ago and baby was in the traverse position but the person scanning didn't seem concerned as there was plenty of time for movement.

Last night my left side felt uncomfortable and was painful to walk. I suspect baby has moved as I'm feeling kicks closer to my left groin area rather than left hand side as before. So baby has potentially moved to not far off breech position.

Tried sleeping on my left side but that lasted 2 mins due to the wriggling.

Do I suck this up as normal and deal with how uncomfortable it is ( not sure if I can walk long distances) or should I get checked out at the hospital?

I don't want to be that person if it's all part and parcel of pregnancy wasting resources but this is my first pregnancy so I just don't know!!!!

I’m not sure but if we’re me I’d call to check!

Uncomfortable sounds normal but painful to walk does not.
