Frozen berries

I wanted to find out if having frozen berries are safe to eat?

If you want to eat frozen berries, I'm assuming raspberries/strawberries/blueberries, then yes that's fine. As long as your teeth can cope

I've eaten bagfuls of frozen fruit during pregnancy. Either defrosted with yogurt or in overnight oats, or straight from the packet frozen. I ate a whole bag of frozen mango whilst watching TV the other day!

Totally safe and berries are very good for you!
