Discomfort after transvaginal scan 7 weeks pregnant

I had my first scan done yesterday afternoon and this evening feel a bit bloated, discomfort and abdominal cramps and had some clear discharge. Is this normal?

Hopefully nothing to worry about. Maybe speak to the GP about it when you can
