Neck and head pain

I'm about 5 weeks pregnant and suddenly the last few days I'm getting tension in my neck and head, has anyone else experienced this? I've googled it and it says that tension headaches are common in the first trimester

Hi I’m 5+6 and was getting tension across shoulders neck and head aches to. I seen my doctor and they think that it’s just tension from me being very anxious that week I found out. I would just monitor it but if you get any shoulder pain call your early pregnancy unit as I had pain and they brought me in for a scan yesterday x

I hope all went okay with your scan.
Did they give you any advice? Mine doesn't seem to be in my shoulder more just my neck and head at the moment.

Scan was all fine thanks ! No they just said try and relax and have good posture. I think it’s just everything relaxin along with us being tense that does it make sure you have decent pillows xx
