Stressing myself out

I have taken 4 pregnancy tests and they were all positive. So I am currently 7+2 weeks pregnant.

This is baby no2 and this pregnancy feels much different to the last. Very little nausea but I do have tender breasts.

I am petrified when I go for an early scan on Sunday it won't be the news I want to hear. How do others cope with these feelings. I just can't seem to shake them. We have been ttc for 5 years, and at the moment feels very much like the saying it's too good to be true.

In the same boat but I’m only 4 weeks. I can’t relax. I phoned in sick today because I’m so bloody anxious. I do a really physical job and I’m so paranoid the work load is gonna cause a miscarriage. I’ve told my bosses already so I’m not forced into a heavier work load than I’m on now.
We had a miscarriage in 2018 and weren’t able to conceive since until now so I have so much pressure on myself for this to work out so I know how you feel.
My partner is very casual about the situation and tells me not to think about it, like it’s that easy. He can just switch off and forget about it! I don’t think he will bother his arse until he sees the baby on the scan…which is frustrating to me because i feel like nobody understands.

I'm 5 weeks today after ivf. The anxiety is next level ! Can't relax and allow myself to enjoy the moment. I've got another two weeks til my scan and it's already dragging

Whenever I used to feel stressed or anxious I used to remind myself that there are ladies in the world pregnant/giving birth in war zones & 3rd world countries. It always gives me some perspective and brings me back in a bit.

The anxiousness is getting better. I hope it starts to ease for you as well.
