How much fish?

I love fish and but want to make sure I don't eat too much when pregnant. I'm reading everywhere that it's 2 portions a week but how much is that? Would 1 salmon fillet and 2 tins of salmon each week be ok?
Some places say at least 2 portions and others say a maximum of 2 portions so I'm a bit lost!
I usually have a salmon fillet a week and 2 tins of tuna, should I cut this down further to 1 tin with the salmon?
Thanks!

Stick to just looking at the NHS guidelines.

It's a maximum of two portions oily fish a week. Tuna is considered separately. Not clear from your OP whether it's two tins of tuna or salmon you're eating, but if it's salmon then looks like you should cut down.

Elsewhere on the NHS website it states that a portion is 140g.

No, it's 2 tins of tuna plus a salmon fillet I usually eat per week. So I should cut this down?
Thanks for the help :)

Did you read the link given?
It says this:

Tuna does not count as an oily fish

You can have 2 tuna steaks, or 4 medium-size cans of fish, as well as 2 portions of oily fish.

Ugh i got the same problem as i love fish.... Its the mercury rich fish u need to be careful with. So 2 tuna cans are ok for one week + u can have some oily fish too
