Sac measuring 4-6 days above baby???

Hi guys, I had an early scan yesterday. I saw a heartbeat of 128-130, baby measuring 6w 5d. Yet the scan measured between 6w 2d and 6w 4d, so a 4-6 day difference. I'm terrified this means baby has stopped growing 😢. Did anyone else have something like this and everything be fine?

Ultrasound measurements have a 5 day error margin. And the placement of the callipers when Sonographer measures can make a small difference, so I would not be worried about this at all. I’m assuming everything else is ok, as you don’t mention bleeding or pain and as you say heat beat is present so this measurement wouldn’t raise alarms.

Yeah the sonographer said he wasn't worried at all. He said a normal heart rate can be a little over a hundred to 180. He was fully qualified so I'm inclined to trust him even tho my anxiety is eating me alive right now Confused. I have another one same day next week so will be hoping to see an increase in heart rate and enough growth to reflect 7w 5d at least. I'm SO nervous omg.

Also I've had no bleeding at all and only the normal minor stitch like cramps on occasion, so I guess that is promising too, as when most people miscarry they will bleed and have pain.

Don't worry :) I had a 4 day difference from my dates for my early scan but everything was on track at my latest scan, in fact it was slightly ahead.

Try not to worry. (I know that's hard)

If the sonographer had concerns, he would have said.

The measurements are not 100%.

Think how small 6-7 weeks is. Smaller than a kidney bean. When you put it in prospective, it's got to be impossible to measure with 100% accuracy.

Slight cramps and pain is normal. I am having them also. Got them checked out this week and all is fine.

I'm also scared because according to last bleed I was about 8 weeks yesterday (bleeding after a chemical/early mc) and the scan had baby at 6w 5d?? How can this possibly end well??

Tbh I'm more concerned about the fact the sac is ahead of baby, is this OK or do sign baby has stopped growing?? And is a heartrate of 130 ok for 6.5-7 weeks??
