Bleaching hair 10 weeks pregnant

So I recently found out I'm pregnant but I didn't know bleaching hair was bad for you. So I bleached my hair at 10 weeks pregnant and now I'm a nervous wreck. Did anyone else bleach hair whilst pregnant???😭

Bleaching hair is not bad for you while pregnant unless you are talking about not having good ventilation due to the fumes.

There is no evidence to say it harms either you or the baby

I work in a hairdressers and so many pregnant women come in and get their hair bleached. I had my bleach highlights done at 7 weeks and I’m 32 weeks now. Baby is fine. You’re safe to get your colour done!
