What happens at 16w appointment?

Hi all,
Just wondering what to expect tomorrow? I’ve heard some people say they heard their babies heartbeat at the 16 week scan. Also wondering if I will be given my whooping cough vaccine, or flu vaccine? I’m sure its probably different in different areas, but just wondering what I should expect...

I heard the heartbeat at my 16w.
Urine sample at every MW app, bloods done not as everyone so I can't remember if done at 16w but someone will be along to clarify.

I had blood pressure / urine sample / whooping cough vaccine and I heard the heartbeat :)

I had blood pressure, urine sample, discussed results of previous blood tests and we heard the heart beat. The midwife did say that not all midwives listen to the heart beat at 16 weeks now because the guidelines were changed but lots still do!

Not a lot, my trust no longer listen to the heartbeat. I had a urine check and blood pressure and sent on my way. Whooping cough jab is done after the 20 week scan at my hospital.

Bloods are normally at booking and 28 week appointment.

I was there for 10 mins. They tested my urine sample, took my blood pressure and gave me the option to listen to the heartbeat (but warned they might not find it). A brief well-being check up then on my way.

The gp contacted me separately for the jabs.

Thanks everyone. Sounds like I shouldn’t build it up too much in case I’m disappointed! Was hoping to hear the heartbeat, but seems it may not be the case.

Mine was over the phone so got nothing to be honest. My hospital won't do whooping cough vaccine til after the 20 week scan

Thanks for everyone’s replies. Went today, not expecting too much. Heard the baby’s heartbeat which was a wonderful surprise! Apart from that, just blood pressure and urine sample. Whooping cough and flu jab at my 20 week scan apparently
