Lower backache 11 weeks pregnant

Hi guys, first time poster. Been searching all morning basically as yesterday and today I've had lower backache. Not in pain, but I'm noticing it. Very dull ache. I don't have a midwife yet. Had my booking appointment on Friday and was told I'd get my midwife on my 12 weeks scan, which is 9 days away and I'll also be 12+4 at that scan.

So I'm struggling a bit of who to ask about what I'm feeling. Is this a normal feeling? I am still feeling sick ect and I would say the ache is making me feel even more sick. I had a private scan at exactly 10 weeks and everything was perfect as can be. Please help me out😫

I had lower back ache at 11 weeks, it went on for a few days and then improved. I was worried it was a bad sign. I spoke to my midwife who said it is quite normal. My scan at 12+3 showed a healthy baby.

@TooMuchCheesecake what were your remedies to help? Other than of course paracetamol. I'm on a day off today and lucky I've managed a nap to just lay down where I feel comfortable

@MSHxx I was off work at the time so could just rest luckily. But other than resting as much as possible I just took paracetamol.
