Hi I had a miscarriage last month around 5 weeks and I've just recently found out im pregnant again, im sooo anxious and panic at every twinge or that something bads going to happen again! I've got cramps and back ache like I'm going to come on my period which is making me think it's not going to be successful. Has anyone else been through this and gone on to have a successful pregnancy. My mind is going crazy!!

Hey op,
I'm sorry for your loss.
Yes I've have two MC sadly. Third time lucky for my DS!
Baby is teeny tiny right now but your body is already starting to grow to support them.
Feeling some aching and pulling is normal.

If it gets to the point it's unbearable and blood, you seek help.

Congrats and hope all goes well.

Yes. It’s very common to miscarry early on. Doesn’t mean anything is wrong. Years ago before all the early home testing you wouldn’t have known.
I’ve miscarried a few early on and one later on but I’ve also had two successful pregnancies.
Try to relax. Back aches and general crampy feeling is normal. Spotting can also happen

@moonshine3600 @Itsbeen84yearss thankyou for replying! Hopefully it's all normal then and this one sticks! 😬

Pregnancy after loss is hard. It takes some of the joy away from you as your on edge, which is what your feeling now.
You can ask GP for bloods done to see your HCG count etc which make help you relax abit.
Otherwise, feet up, cuppa and try and relax.
Thanks

Hey there's a few of us on another thread with the same title if you scroll down a little on the pregnancy main page xxx

After a loss, any pregnancy seems to be full of anxiety and that's totally normal. Try to occupy your mind, and keep faith in the Lord

123babyno1 · 12/10/2021 22:22

@moonshine3600 ah yeah I might ask GP for this then! And @Rachae I can't find it is there anyway if you tagging me in it please? X

Same boat!!
I got a faint positive yesterday after 3 chemicals in a row prior to this. Praying this is the one but would be nice to have some people who have been through similar around xx

123babyno1 · 13/10/2021 14:14

@positiveovernegative I really hope this one works out for you! X

Yes. Surfing Mumsnet while my baby sleeps on me. This baby was born after 2 mc.

So everyone is different but people do get a happy ever.

I won't lie but this last pregnancy was mentally tough. Take each week as they come and I would never look too far into the future.

@123babyno1 ❤️❤️

@welshladywhois40 thanks 😊

Another chemical pregnancy for me; 😭😭😭

Referral has been done and after extensive research I'm going to be trying 150mg a day of aspirin from ovulation as it's likely that is what the consultant will try 🤷🏾‍♀️

Hoping it has the desired affect 🤞🏽🤞🏽

123babyno1 · 16/10/2021 15:15

@positiveovernegative I'm so sorry to hear this! Praying things eventually work out for you! X

So sorry for your loss. I had a mmc in 2019 and I was anxious all the way through my next pregnancy. However, she's now 1 and just about to be woken from her nap.

Congratulations!
