7 weeks bleeding and cramping

Hi all, first post here. This js my first pregnancy, I think I am 7 weeks at the moment.

I've been experiencing bleeding that started off as spotting but has then become light bleeding. The last 2 days its usually pinky/red, have seen some very small clots a few times and this is all accompanied by cramps.

Hoping to get a call back from EPU tomorrow and I hope I can get a scan booked in. Just so worried!

Not sure if cramping and tiny blood clots mean bad news 😢

Try not to worry (easier said than done) until you hear from the EPU. It might be a haematoma and harmless. How painful is the cramping?

Try to relax and wait for a scan :)

During my 1st pregnancy I had bleeding a few times before 10 weeks , I also had clots . I managed to get early scans and all was well and I have a healty 2 year old .

Of course it's hard not to worry, but I hope everything works out for you ❤

Just to add, I also had some cramping as well !

The waiting is the absolute worst. I hope that you get seen quickly when you go in tomorrow and that it is good news.

The cramping is actually quite intense and comes and goes, I've never had period cramps this bad before!

@Km12345 that's reassuring to hear, really hoping I will have a positive outcome like you did.

So since my earlier post my bleeding has increased and there have been bigger clots 😢 I'm going to try call the EPU first thing tomorrow.

Will just rest tonight as there's nothing else I can do but wait.

Not good news, irregular shaped gestational sac, nothing can be seen. Most like a mc 🥲 however I have another scan booked in just in case dates are wrong etc.
