How long after losing your mucus plug did you go into labour?

Mine went this morning (due date is today), and feel like I’m just sitting here waiting for something to happen.

I know it could be anything from a few hours to a few weeks, but just interested in getting a scale of the different experiences.

This is second baby but first was induction so I’ve nothing to compare to.

The next day! Hope you don't have to wait too long, I went 6 days overdue and remember waiting each day for something to happen,

That evening! About six hours later my waters broke

Mine came out after my first sweep, ended up having 2 more sweeps after that and a week later being induced because I didn't start off on my own!

Hopefully not too long to wait. Really keen to avoid another induction this time around.
