Sorry I need to rant.
Had my baby 5 days ago. Dh is good but his driving me mad!!!
Like since giving birth his not stopped moaning how much he aches, his legs, and back omg every thing his even taking pain killers (stronger ones that I can take) because he aches.
Everything is to much, so his on paternity, so normally I would do all the house work, kids lunch, dinners, well you know every thing. He will do one thing and act like it was a marathon while leaving a trail of mess behind him.
I’m breast feeding and not got the right latch so it’s painful so when I latch baby I’m in pain and he will walk Past making noises or say it’s to much just give her a bottle. Rather than do anything nice for me. I’m sure it’s hormones to buy omg. Like tonight I got shirty with him because it tools ages to wake him as I had spent 3 hours feeding and getting Baby settled and sod me our other child walks in screaming. (Just as I think I’m getting some sleep). So I wake him thinking he can deal with it. It’s like I have woke some disabled person up!
Then I say something baby up again so what does he do. Sit at the end of the bed just sitting there he could be sleeping but acts like I don’t want him too. I just want him to help
Without having to keep asking! Or clearing up behind him. 🤦🏼‍♀️.
His just sitting awake no help and I know in the morning he will tell me how tired he in and how much he aches 🙄.

I feel for you OP. After every one of my kids my DH was “ill”. You need to tell him exactly what you need from him and what you expect him to do. You don’t need a man child when you have just had a baby. Congratulations on your new LO. 💐
