I am currently 8.5 weeks pregnant with my second pregancy. My first was a mmc discovered at my 20 week scan back in September. The autopsy revealed that the baby was a possible triploidy. Because of what happened last time I have a consultant appointment on the 20th December. The letter says that I may have tests and a scan. Has anyone else had this kind of appointment (will be 10.5 weeks)? I think from what the midwife said that the main aim of the session is to talk through the various screening tests that we may want. Has anyone out there attended a similiar type appointment? Any info or advice gratefully received.
