whats going on with my nip? tmi?!

One nipple has a white tip/head developing on it, last night it got bigger.

..so i kinda squeezed it gently, broke through a little nipple skin and finally most of it came out, but it wasn't liquid milk, it was like a dry paste.

is this blocked milk? will it clear up? should i get it checked out?

(34 wks preg)

i am having this tooo!! im 32+4 and had it for weeks. people have told me its my milk too.

TMI but the other night i actually had liquid coming out of them

I thought it as just milk coming through too, but its not liquid.
And no liquid is coming through, yet.

I had this to, and sometimes crusty bits on my nipple in the morning but completely normal.
