Boobs and discharge?

I'm preg for the 4th time and had 3 mcs in the past... Looking for some stories or thoughts on boobs and discharge please! I'm 4 weeks 4 days.

Boobs: do they stay full and swollen once you get them? Mine were a few days ago and today have gone normal. Wondering if anyone's fluctuated?

Discharge: did you get ewcm early on? Or just the thin white stuff?

I've kept notes on my other pregnancies and they all seem to have a sad trend of boobs feeling normal and I have a few days of ewcm and then miscarry a week later.

Sort of hoping these symptoms are anomalies... Xx

Bumping

My boobs hurts so bad and were so swollen until I was about 13/14 weeks, to the point I started putting heat pads on them! I'd literally be sat at my desk, barely moving and was in so much pain!

I'm 20 weeks now and boobs are absolutely huge and veiny but not hurting anymore thankfully!

Discharge sounds completely normal, once I got to 19 weeks the amount of discharge tripled, which scared me at first!

My boobs were never swollen, I think I had a couple of mildly achey days but not consecutively.

I’m 29+4 now and they've grown, but they feel fine.

I’ve never had any discharge, before or during pregnancy, so far.

Boobs can come and go yes definitely, so don't worry about that!

For me they were like that constantly, but I didn't have other symptoms, that was my only one

For the last nearly 3 weeks I've been losing brown stuff like blood. They say its because I have low lying placenta is this normal, scans show no active bleeding and baby fine etc but just worried

My boobs still ache but usually in the morning when I first get up

Discharge finally becoming less

I'm 19 weeks and had them both since about 6 weeks
