Have I had a miscarriage?! Positive tests

Hello everyone this is my first time posting as I have had an awful experience with doctors
Basically last week I had a faint positive. Next day I start bleeding heavy but no cramps this goes on for 3 days so I assume mc. I then have done a test 3 days after bleeding stopped but the test is now a much darker positive. I still feel sick tired etc. I rang the doctors and he never ask how far along I was or any questions was very dismissive and said there's jo way to tell if you're pregnant you will have to do a test in 2-3 weeks. Obviously I do not want to wait that long to find out! Please has anyone had a similarsitus what was the outcome? Thanks

Hi there it might just be implantation bleeding. For me the only signs of the miscarriage was clotting & severe cramping. The bleeding with a miscarriage is a heavy period

@ejbxxx I agree. I would wait a few days and test again. How many weeks would you be?

I've also experienced mcs and its alot different than a period or implantation. Very heavy bleeding for 4 or 5 hours. Alot of clots and pains like labour. However I guess that may be worse depending on how many weeks. I was 11 weeks with all my mcs xx

Hi, sorry you are going through this. Cant offer much help, but the fact your tests are getting darker, i would initially give it another few days and test again. How many weeks are you, as others have said, it may have been implatation bleeding.
Have had miscarriages myself, and the bleeding tends to be very heavy with intense cramping, etc..

Hello thank you everyone so much for your replies I guess I was about 4 weeks as my last period was around 5/6 weeks ago the bleeding was heavy like a period but for 2 days and then a little bleed on the last but it was constant like a period. I didn't have any cramping doing another test this morning. Don't know where to go from here as the doctor was so rubbishy

See what your test from this morning is like, and if it is darker, maybe try ringing the epu, they can maybe offer advice, esp if ur last period was 5/6 weeks ago, as thats when they would date you from. X

This happened to me it was an ectopic pregnancy and my tests continued to get darker. I would just contact your epu unit, don't leave it to long in case it is ectopic.

Thank you, I'm just waiting for them to ring back! What were your symptoms of your ectopic I've not had any cramps or anything?
