Can anybody who's had the TORCH screening blood test let me know how long their results took to come back please? My notes are on the bloody app so I've got almost no chance of them showing on there and I don't want to ring anyone to chase it up unnecessarily. But obviously I do want to know!
I had to have it as went for a growth scan & Doppler last week and was found to have the beginnings of polyhydramnios, eliminated GD as a cause of it so it could be an infection they say. But I've been discharged from consultant now and induction plan has gone back to normal overdue timings so I won't actually see anyone again til nearly 41 weeks if I don't go spontaneously before then as I've had my 38 week appointment with midwife, second baby!
So how long do I wait before phoning to see what the result was? I had it done on the day unit so I expect it's them I try, I know everybody is ridiculously busy at the moment so don't want to be too pushy.
