I am 28+3 and recently struggling trying to eat some decent meals. I just about choke down a cereal in the morning because i feel so ill... then i may not eat again today i had lunch then that was it.... Until 20 minutes ago when i started to crave a pot noodle (ive never liked them) even worse i put it in a sandwich but it tasted so good and then i binned the pot noodle.
Just wondering if anyone has any tips trying to make sure baby is getting enough food and nutrition. This pregnancy has not been straight forward like my first i am very much looking forward to her being evicted (planned C section) but i feel i will go early
