Nausea all day and night!

I'm currently 7+5 weeks pregnant and the nausea has kicked up a gear. Yesterday I woke up feeling sick, it lasted all day and through the night. I could barely eat a thing!!

This morning I still have really bad nausea and lower back pain. Is it normal for nausea to last this long at this stage?

Sorry, yes. I had continual nausea day and night for six weeks, in all pregs. Never actually sick though.
Eating little and often helps - don't get hungry whatever you do. Fresh air. Maybe go to bed a little earlier. Experiment and find what works for you. Some people like travel sickness bands.
You just have to get through it really. Not fun!

Unfortunately so. With my 1st I had nausea from the moment I woke up to when I went to bed for 6 weeks to about 18 weeks. It's not fun that's for sure.

Try have a pack of plain biscuits by your bedside and have a nibble before you even move. Spearmint polos worked well for me too. I also wore travel sickness bands on my wrist and like the poster above said, don't get hungry as it makes it worse. I used to carry a bag of snacks round with me!

I'm 5 weeks 1 days today and I can feel it brewing already. Atm it's just morning and evening and a few waves in the day.

Lucozade seems to settle my stomach and constantly picking helps

Yep..17 weeks here and still the same with the difference i can eat..

I'm so sorry but yes. Mine lasted from 6 weeks - 16 weeks at that level.

Oh wow thank you everyone - I've noted all your tips/food/drink advice. I'm really struggling with it today, I just feel rotten and like I've got a bad hangover!

Very thankful to work from home but even then it's hard to concentrate. I hope you are all feeling ok and powering through Flowers

Seeing how long everyone else’s have lasted has filled me with dread. I was gearing up to getting through to week 12-13.
I also work from home thankfully but not sure how much longer I can keep up with the someone is at the door during meetings whilst I’m running to be sick. I know what your saying about feeling constantly hungover too.
