Sickness

Am 8 weeks pregnant and have been having sickness most days for 2 and a half weeks. It’s not consistently in the morning or just in the evening. So can’t really judge it.
However now everytime I am able to eat, I have such bad belly pain in the top of my stomach.

Is there anything I can do? Because sometimes I think not eating makes sickness worse.
Just want to be able to eat, when I can and not be uncomfortable with this belly pain!

Do u crave anything at all? Or nothing is appealing to u?

Lullaby88 · 05/10/2021 00:03

If not I'd suggest plain bland food. Like toast.

Not really, bread/toast is the thing I can stomach the best!

Could it be heartburn? Try rennie?

I'd continue with bland food unless ur body tells u otherwise. Plain crackers are good too. Keep a pack on ur bedside table too incase u feel peckish first thing in the morning or in the night. Ur right an empty stomach does increase nausea.

U should welcome some relief in ur second trimester. Fingers crossed!
