Does anyone know what medication you can take for sinus pain while pregnant

Paracetamol and olbas oil I believe.

Yep, think it's mainly just paracetamol.

I had this thread a little while ago and there was some good suggestions on how to help ease the pain without meds

Use a saline spray and give your nose a good blow afterwards as well. Also a hot flannel across your sinuses provides some relief.

Sterimar all the way - I used it religiously with every sinus infection and eventually stopped ever needing antibiotics
