Pelvic floor exercises

I'm nearly 23 weeks and honestly have done any pelvic floor exercises.
I always forget and when I do eventually remember to do them it just feels uncomfortable.
Is it really a problem if I don't do them? Surely I can't be the only one?

Get the Squeezy app. Best £2.50 I’ve ever spent.
There’s going to be a lot of strain on your pelvic floor towards the end of pregnancy and during labour.
Obviously it’s up to you, but for me the motivation was keeping full control of my bladder and being less likely to have a prolapse.

@coffeewithmilk I'd recommend doing them. I didn't with my first and had incontinence after giving birth! It wasn't nice at all. It stopped after a week but could have been avoided!! x

It's not too late to start now, you will really thank yourself later if you do!
I find mine more comfortable to do lying down
