Line is fainter today? Please help

Hi everyone,
I got my BFP on Wednesday (mid afternoon) it came up immediately and was quite dark (top test in pic) I had a miscarriage in Feb and so have been so so anxious since finding out. I decided to do another test first thing with FMU just to check and the line is fainter! now I'm so scared I'm going to miscarry again and was just wondering if anyone else had had this?

It's the control line which is fainter not the test line so you're "more" pregnant on that test than the top one (it's called the hook effect when Hcg levels are so high)

@tiggerwhocamefortea is it the furthest line that's the control line? When I took the first test they both came up and the same time and the 2nd one today the darker line came up first so I assumed that was the control! (Sorry, I probably sound really dense, I'm just so worried about it going wrong again!)

As above, the first like to where you pee is the test line, the furthest from where you pee is the control line. You are in fact very pregnant! Try not to worry. You have what’s known as a dye stealer, where there so much pregnancy hormone the test line steals the dye from the control line.

@mymabel thank you so much, these messages have really reasurred me :) I've been absolutely terrified about something going wrong again that I immediately panicked about the line.
I feel so silly now and I'm literally crying with relief!

Definitely pregnant. That is a strong dark line on the bottom test
