Hi Everyone.
Most anxious 1st time mum EVER...here again 🙋‍♀️
Im 15weeks tomorrow and for the last few days ive had a more or less constant dull ache in my lower tummy amd lower back.
Its not really painful just always there and ive had no bleeding.
Do you think its just normal stretchy pains or do i need to be worried?
Thanks in adavance x

I'm 16 weeks and found 15 weeks a bit scary, I had an achy feeling (almost like wind/ constipation) in my lower back & abdomen. I hadn't really had any discomfort or pain before. I had to have some paracetomol one of the days which really helped. It went away and all is fine now., I think it's stretching as I feel a bit bigger this week.
If you have any bleeding I'd go to EPU but otherwise nothing to do done. Hope everything goes well Smile

1st time mum here too. Im 13 weeks and I’ve ached constantly for the last week in both my belly and back. I was reassured at the hospital this this week that it’s normal stretching. Either I’ve gone soft or pregnancy is far harder than I anticipated it would be. Will be so worth it in the end though ❤️

@Kipkay35
Thankyou.. glad you are feeling better.
I spoke to the EPAU and they suggested paracetamol and to phone back if the pain gets worse or i get any bleeding so feeling a bit better. I think its worse if i stay still so been moving around more. Thanks for your reassurance x

@Happyorchidlady
Congratulations... its such an anxious time isnt it. I guess its the not knowing what is normal.
Ive tried to keep moving today as they seems to help. Now ive got a hot water bottle on the sofa.
I spoke to EPAU and they wer concerned and suggested some paracetamol and to ring back if it gets worse or i get any bleeding.
Hope yours subsidies for you soon. X

What I’m learning in my first pregnancy is that nothing is normal, and everything is normal! I’ve had sore back and elbows, and think it’s just all the stretching of ligaments etc. 15w1d currently, and amazed at the weird things that are happening to my poor body!
