Is this a sign my levels are progressing abnormally/too slowly?

Hi guys. I first got a positive test on the 21st September, it was a decent line on a frer, lighter than the control. Over the subsequent 11 ish days I’ve gone from that to dye stealers and a 3+ on Clear blue. I didn’t get these with my mc.

However according to my dates (from start of mc/chemical bleeding) I’m 7 weeks?! This is freaking me out because maybe it’s a sign my hcg is too low or slow to progress? I got the 3+ 3 days ago after getting a 2-3 2 days before that. I am getting an early reassurance scan but I’m so scared Sad

Hi OP.

Big hugs, I know this is a scary and unsure time especially after a loss.

If you had a mc/chemical straight before this pregnancy your ovulation could have been later than expected its possible therefore you could be If you add 4 weeks on top of the time since you got your positive you could be anywhere between 5 weeks plus some days to 7 weeks.

Your getting progress on the tests which is a really good sign.
I had two miscarriages before this pregnancy and I did get progression with my tests but then they started to turn lighter after 9 or 10 days of positives.

This pregnancy (20 weeks now) I got strong line progression, but eventually I got lighter lines I can't remember when maybe 6 or 7 weeks and I had to dilute urine with water to get a stronger line back again. So my hcg had maxed out the tests. But I was getting blood tests so I knew my levels were rising.

If you can stop testing now and hopefully you get your reassurance scan soon. Everything you said so far sounds really positive.
Just be prepared its ok if your scan dates come up as less than expected as you recently had a loss it can be more difficult to estimate an accurate date but it will become clear with time.

I’m tempted to keep taking tests until I’m sure I’m 6 weeks ish because as you said, yours got lighter after 9/10 days with your mcs. So I feel like I need to make sure that isn’t happening with meSad
