Hi ladies. This may be the silliest post but I am worried.
We have some friends coming over for dinner tonight. My cleaner ditched me yesterday so spent 2 hours deep cleaning yesterday. Was very tired. Had a good night sleep. Today I overdid in cooking; basically stood continuously for 3 hrs, bent a few times & now have severe back ache.

I will rest after they leave.

But is it possible I may have harmed my baby??? Too worried right now

I am 37, 1st pregnancy, 4th IVF. So I have waited years for this. And now annoyed with myself

I genuinely think you’ll be fine. I did a 20 mile hike at 6 weeks. I was broken and shattered. Take it easy, you’re growing a human so bound to be more tired than usual. I also had bad back ache in pregnancy, might be worth a call to the physio?

And it’s not silly!

You'll be fine. You're only 14 weeks in- taking it easy now is for your own benefit, not your baby's.

You absolutely won't have harmed your baby. Please try not to worry. Feeling very tired in pregnancy is normal. Your backache could be down to your ligaments softening in pregnancy. Try and enjoy your evening.

Thank you ladies; so far all has been well. I have also recovered from my tiredness :)
