Hello my baby is 4 months old. I had a long labour followed by emergency c section. Im utterly exhausted even when I get a decent amount of sleep I feel like a zombie. I feel I have no energy what so ever. Is it quite normal to feel like this? If so how long will this last???? 😩 thank you
