Pregnancy/Postpartum Prolapse

So I'm getting near the end of my second pregnancy and I'm still convinced I have a prolapse from my first birth (Even though it was dismissed as laxity, even though I can't see inside down there)

Has any body experienced prolapse after birth too and I was just wondering if anyone's actually got better after a second baby? I feel like I'll be aware this time and hoping I may have a window of opportunity postpartum where I can improve it even more from my previous baby... or is this just wishful thinking?

I personally think pelvic floor exercises work best after birth because the body is naturally trying to strengthen and tighten that area. Ideally you would have a physio to help you with this.
