Hello! I'm 9 + 3 today and just really struggling with the constant nausea! I felt okay for a couple of days last week then came back full force Not really sleeping or eating and just wondered when I could expect this to improve? I'm getting married in December and I'm so scared I won't be up for my own wedding 😢 xx

For me it was 13/14 weeks before I could start to eat and feel relatively OK again.

I had hyperemesis and it settled after I was 20weeks. You could always get some anti-sickness tablets off the doctors.

14 weeks for me, and it got worse until about week 12/13 then tapered off and vanished.
