Hi, I went for a scan last week as I was having bleeding and pain. The midwife said she thinks she can see 2 heart beats but 1 yolk and 1 fetal pole, and said I was measuring about 6weeks 2 days. She said she wasn’t 100% sure on the heartbeats so wants me to have another scan next week to confirm. Has anyone experienced anything like that? Just wondering if it could be a mistake? And If it was twins would there be 2 yolk sacs and 2 fetal poles? Thankyou
