Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I haven’t had any sickness yet, but the nausea has been pretty bad, sometimes I can barely move without feeling like I’m going to be sick, I’m a nursery nurse in a toddler room too, which is proving difficult 🤢

Eugh I feel you - mine was awful, constantly felt hungover

Mine was just over first trimester (around 16 weeks) and it stopped, biggest relief ever! In the meantime, I just ate utter crap and whatever I could keep down!

Now 37 weeks and the acid/heartburn is making me feel sick instead :( but I had a lovely few weeks in the second trimester of feeling great! x

Also hoping mines doesn't last too long, I can't stand the food I usto love, I'm hoping to try some lemon sherbet sweets to stop the triggers, I have kept crackers by my side and I feel like a bananas a big help too calmed the nauseous feeling for a bit until it starts up again
