Has anyone had a Keratin hair treatment when pregnant?

As the title suggests. I’ve just come back from holiday and treated myself to a keratin hair treatment whilst there and now I’m instantly regretting it and panicking incase it wasn’t safe to have. I mentioned I was pregnant and the stylist said it was okay but I’m now doubting it after a google search. He didn’t apply it directly to the root incase that makes any difference but I’m now really panicking I could have done something to potentially harm the baby?

Im pretty sure your hair is make of Keratin.

I could be wrong, aslong as you didn't drink it I think baby will be fine Grin

It’s not going to do anything to your baby, and especially if it didn’t go on the roots it’s impossible for it to have been absorbed by your body at all.

I know it’s a different thing but the nhs website says it’s totally fine to due your hair in pregnancy, I’ve done it throughout. The chemicals are in low concentrations and only on your head for a short time, they couldn’t possibly do any harm or they would have to put warnings on the box to say not to use in pregnancy.
