Return of sickness

I was incredibly sick and nauseous for the first 20 weeks. Things slowly settled by about 24 weeks and been sickness free! Until 5 days ago - nauseous and sicky again since. I'm now 30 weeks. Anyone else experienced return of these symptoms third trimester? 🤦🏼‍♀️

Yep I’ve been nauseous on and off since 30 weeks. Apparently it’s hormone surges and all your organs getting squished up… nice!

Yes, 29 +5 here and past few days my nausea is back like it was for the first trimester 😫 I feel awful again, you are not alone x

Yep, I had HG initially which gradually eased off and was gone by about 24 weeks. Then the nausea started returning when I was about 33 weeks and has got gradually worse overall. I'm 39 weeks now. I had HG the first half of my pregnancy with DC1 too but didn't have the nausea reappear later again like with this one. Have read it's quite common though and linked to hormonal changes. I've been vomiting about once a fortnight throughout the third trimester I reckon and more like twice a week the last couple of weeks eurgh.

I had this with my first pregnancy! Eased around 22-26 weeks and then straight back into it. It was definitely more reflux related towards the end though and I ended up on meds but was a struggle!

I have had nausea on and off throughout (29 weeks now). It eased off a bit for a few weeks and has now returned 👏🏼 😫

Any tips on how to ease it please?
