Hi I found out last Thursday I am pregnant.
Previous history - mmc (blighted ovum diagnosed at 10 weeks, sac measuring 6 weeks) ds1, dd1, mc (7 weeks)

With my blighted ovum I had NO pregnancy symptoms whatsoever and always suspected something was wrong. My son and daughter I can’t really remember the early ones but I know I had morning sickness from 7 weeks. My most recent miscarriage I felt very pregnant from before my pregnancy test my boobs were so sore, tired and frequent urination.
Now with this pregnancy I feel nothing, my nipples are tender but that’s it, I don’t feel like the symptoms are progressing at all. I did take a clear blue digital on Saturday which said 3+ weeks, at first I thought this was a good sign but again would think I should be experiencing more symptoms.

So… has anyone had no pregnancy symptoms at this stage and gone on for everything to be fine..especially if you did have symptoms In previous pregnancies.

Thank you in advance, I am so anxious and this baby is very much wanted, I feel like I can’t even get excited about it at the moment:

Congratulations!

are you sure you’re only 4 weeks? If your test said 3+ I think that puts you further along, more like 7 weeks?

Symptoms come and go and can be different with each pregnancy. I never threw up or anything with mine. Some days I had sore boobs, other days felt totally normal and not pregnant. I think I only felt nauseous for like week 8-9. I’m now 37 weeks.

I had 2 mc before this healthy pregnancy so totally understand the anxiety

Don’t worry about symptoms! Xx

Congratulations!

Had zero symptoms - literally Nothing - after 5 mc where I had had stronger symptoms I was convinced it would be another loss....I had twins 🤣

Ye I’m defo only 4 weeks. I thought the same but some others have got 3+ at this stage too, did make me think instantly imagine if it is twins lol.

It’s just so hard not to worry and I know I can’t change anything but I just really don’t want to go through another miscarriage :(

Oh wow! Congratulations!
With my last miscarriage I had soooo many symptoms I knew I was pregnant before I took the test and with this nothing. I just don’t know what to think

Oh wow yeah maybe it is twins!!

I know it’s hard but try not to read into symptoms. I know easier said than done!

You could have an early scan? I ended up not having one with this pregnancy and just waited for 12 weeks - seeing that healthy baby this time was amazing! In contrast with my first pregnancy I had a scan at 7 weeks, baby was measuring smallish but had a hb and then I miscarried a week later 💔 so I decided just to be strong and wait it out this time. Everything has been fine so far!

I’m going to see how I go over the next couple of weeks, I probably will like to have an early scan but would like to wait till at least 8 weeks if I can.

Ah that’s sad :( miscarriage is horrible. When are you due now? Xx

I'm 4 weeks too with absolutely zero symptoms. I'm also feeling anxious SadSad

Cafeaulait27 · 28/09/2021 09:35

@Lucy8721 totally understandable, do whatever will reassure you! I am due next week! Think I’ve just commented on your other thread too with more details of what happened to me.

Good luck x

Lucy8721 · 28/09/2021 09:36

I'm 19 weeks today, still no actual symptoms the whole way through other than a bad back recently. I was panicking and went for plenty of extra ultrasounds to make sure baby was ok, everything was always fine!

Still no symptoms now, and still haven't felt baby kick as I have an anterior placenta but baby is doing good.

I understand it's so worrying, but it is completely normal to not have any symptoms Grin

Hey! Just thought I'd mention I've had no symptoms either, I created a post asking about this myself!
I've had 2x early scans due to spotting at week 5, but everything is just fine! Im now measuring 8 weeks 6 days (so basically 9 weeks). Baby is happy in there at nearly 21mm and has a good strong heartbeat 💪🏻💕
I totally understand how worrying no symptoms are, I've had terrible anxiety all the way through.
My advice is speak to the midwife and highlight your concerns, they may book you in for an early scan. If no symptoms are your only concern though I think you'll be just fine like me!
When I say no symptoms, I mean it, nothing! Maybe they will come later for us.
Xx
