Bought Seven Seas 3 (Pregnancy & Follow on) but only 4 weeks pregnant

Hiya,

I recently found out I’m pregnant (a welcomed surprise) so I bought some, what I thought was pregnancy vitamins.

Do you think the Seven Seas 3 would be ok to take??

Why wouldn’t they be ok? They say during pregnancy and breastfeeding so they aren’t just for afterwards.
