Hello!
I was taking the seven seas vitamins for a couple of weeks but have since stopped reading some bad reviews about delayed periods of up to 3 weeks!
I am 3 days but have been having cramps, an episode of really intense cramps on Saturday which has eased and it's just mild now. I took an early first response test Monday last week which was negative.
I don't really want to waste money on another test yet if these pills have just messed up my cycle.
Anyone had any experience with them?
