Not feeling pregnant at all??

Hi guys. I recently found out I’m pregnant again after an early loss. According to the first day of my “period” (mc bleeding) I am 6w 2d, but seeing as I had a negative frer about 12 days ago, I’m willing to bet I’m nearer 5 weeks. Over the past few days the decent line on my frer has grown into a very strong dye stealer and I also have a dark line on a cheapie. I’m just a wee bit concerned because I have zero symptoms of real note? Less of an appetite, some mild cramps are the odd ache in my boobs but that’s all.

Last time it ended in an early mc/chemical and I had larger firmer breasts very early on, so it’s weird, like the lines are so much stronger than I ever had with my loss, but I feel no different really? And if I’m really 5 or more weeks, wouldn’t I have gotten a positive test sooner?

Also in between the first frer and the dye stealers I got a marginally lighter test (granted I did it with fmu and the other 3 in the evening) does this mean they are unreliable and the progression means nothing? I’m also sacred that due to lack of symptoms it’s not a new pregnancy after all? Even tho I got a stark white negative frer a week before the first positive? I’ve heard of peoples hcg fluctuating post mc, so could that be happening to me?

Try not to get hung up on symptoms, they're honestly meaningless. Different for everyone, different for every pregnancy. I had none in the first trimester, had no idea I was even pregnant until 11 weeks.

Another thing concerning me is that I have virtually no discharge after having more initially? Does this indicate a drop in hormones?? Last night I had a random pain just below my ribs ans felt like I was about to start the worst period of my life but then it just…..stopped?

And I’m worried that because according to my dates I’m 6.5 weeks(?!) (granted this was directly after an mc and I don’t doubt that ovulation was delayed somewhat) but I’m sure I remember getting a negative first response about 2 weeks ago? Wtf? Does this mean that my levels are worryingly slow to rise?

I’m so sorry for your loss. I too had 2 mcs, and I’m now 37 weeks with my third pregnancy (first baby!)

I worried about symptoms but you really don’t need to. The ones you mentioned ARE symptoms!!

I was the same - mine would come and go and I would freak out whenever they went. I never threw up and I only felt nauseous around week 8-9.

The movies and comparing to how others feel in the first trimester makes us think we have to be throwing up every day to be having a healthy pregnancy but it’s just not true. Everyone is different

Also the pains are totally normal and will come and go, your uterus is stretching. And discharge can come and go with hormone surges x

I just took a clear blue digital and got 2-3. It’s not fmu and I’m not sure when I ovulated, but according to the first day of bleeding last month after my mc I’m 6.5 weeks? Absolutely terrified.

2-3 reading is right for 6 ish weeks, but honestly don’t read into those tests, as it varies depending on the concentration of your wee.

I know it’s hard but it’s best to put the tests down. It’s an anxious wait until 12 weeks but if you’re not bleeding or in severe pain, chances are things are going fine in there.

Would you consider going for an early private scan?

I would consider one tbh. I’m a little worried about some random one off pain I had last night in bed. It was a bad period like dull pain and only lasted about 10-20 minutes (not sure exactly) it’s gone since then and I feel fine now. I’m scared that was my baby dying because I had pain before the bleeding started last time. How can this be normal?

I’m sure a 2-3 reading at 6.5 weeks isn’t normal. I’ve seen so many women get that and miscarry afterwards. I am speaking to my doctor tomorrow and he will hopefully reassure me and I’ll see if he thinks bloods are necessary on the info I’ve given him.
