my sil told everyone following a three month scan that she was having a boy. A girl pooped out...

I think its more likely the other way round people are told they are having a girl but its a boy!

If your told its a boy they must have seen his man bits twice so i would say your safe! I am having a boy this time and I have a pic of his bits to prove it

they cant tell the sex for sure until 16 weeks so i think your SIL was a bit premature!

A friend here is PG on number 3. At 2 scans in the UK she was told it was a girl. A scan here said it was a boy. Another scan couldn't tell.

She reckons she won't believe whatever they tell her now!

Have to wait till Feb to find out!

TLSM · 06/12/2007 10:35

With a baby girl sometimes her bits are swollens could be seen as a small mans bit but its unlikely the other way around

belgo · 06/12/2007 10:35

yes, I'm surprised she told people as well! I think it was more wishful thinking then anything.

belgo - did she ask at the 20 weeks scan as well? seems unlikely they'd get it wrong twice. i'm not pregnant btw - just curious.
