38+5 less movements - would you contact midwife?

Hi All, head was 3/5 engaged last Friday and I feel like it could've gone down in the last week. Night bfore last I had pretty regular BH but then eased off. Movements have slowed last night and this morning and I've read this is pretty normal at this stage. However don't see mw til next Friday so just wondering if you would contact mw?first baby so just a bit unsure and paranoid.

Agree, once you get wprried for whatever reason lie down with a cold sweet drink (sugar + cold = wriggly baby ime, see what happens. i fnothing then call MW.
