I found out earlier this week that I am pregnant, I stopped taking my pill end of July didn't have a period straight away, thought I had one in Mid august but now reading online, it could of been an implantation bleed as it was quite light only lasted 3 days. How do I know how many weeks pregnant I am? I have my doctors appointment next week so will obviously ask them, but didn't know if anyone on here had any ideas.
