Incompetent cervix

Hi
Has anyone been diagnosed with and incompetent cervix?
I'm 24+4 and am currently sitting in the emergency materiality triage at hospital waiting to see a doctor as an interval cervical scan has showed that my cervix is opening/funnelling and has shortened.
The last thing the sonographer said to me was that I need to see a doctor right now and I am at risk of miscarriage.
My mind is going crazy and my anxiety is through the roof.
I'm past cut off for a cervical stitch to keep the cervix closed and have been told to take progesterone pessaries to hopefully stop it getting any worse.
Has anyone had this situation? I just need some reassurance that my baby is going to be ok 😢
