My period is due in 3 days.

I took a pregnancy test this morning and checked after a couple of minutes and it looked negative to me however I left it on the side and an hour later I came back and saw this? I think the result is invalid as it's outside of the time window? But I am confused as it doesn't look like an evap, there is colour etc

Could it be accurate even though it was outside of the window?

Yes it well could be positive even outside the time frame. It's definitely a clear positive here so you need a first response to check or wait until tomorrow morning to retest.

Just wanted to update this thread, I took a test the following morning which was positive but very faint and then another this morning was was even fainter and then this evening have started bleeding. I'm assuming it's a chemical.
